<p></p><div><span style="font-family: helvetica;"></span>In keeping with its resolution of spreading awareness about Breast Cancer, The Aga Khan University Hospital conducted its second activity in Greenwich University on 7th October, 2016.

</div><div>Dr. Zarka Samoon, Consultant, Oncology at The Aga Khan University Hospital, visited Greenwich University to deliver a speech on Breast Cancer. Attended by around 50 students, Dr. Zarka elaborated on the symptoms of breast cancer, the methods of self-examination, and the importance of regular health check-ups to detect abnormalities early on. She also shared statistics related to the disease in the context of Pakistan and stressed upon adopting a proactive approach by getting checked consistently. </div><div>
</div><div>The students were very appreciative of the session and actively took part in the Q&A session, posing questions and concerns to our doctor. Both students and the Greenwich University management lauded The Aga Khan University Hospital’s determination of overcome breast cancer through spreading awareness of the disease and expressed interest in similar future collaborations. </div>
