Our hospitality team is present to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. They are responsible for liaising with other internal services to ensure the cleanliness of the room, proper maintenance of any medical or electronic equipment including internet services, laundry of hospital linen and clothing, timely delivery of patient meals and in room dining services and overall safety and security.

Our warm and friendly concierge staff can facilitate to make the hospital stay which can be stressful as smooth and easy as possible for the patients and their families. Our staff is available to assist patients and families before, during and after hospitalisation, with coordination of a range of services including liaising with doctors and nurses, medical record reviews, transportation and accommodation as well as various other personal requests. They can handle the logistical and administrative tasks so that patients and families can remain fully focused on recovery.​
