​Tele​clinics for Patients

1. To get a tele-consultation, please book an appointment by call or WhatsApp on 021-111-911-911. You can also book an appointment in person at our clinic counters.
2. Once the appointment is booked, you will receive an auto-generated appointment notification through SMS containing an online payment link through which you can make payments for tele-consultations (other payment methods are also available like easypaisa and cash payment as stated below).
3. Once payment is made, you will receive an auto-generated confirmation email and SMS.
4. You will also receive a confirmation call a day before your tele-consultation to ask about your preferred mode of communication (Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype, etc.).
5. On the day of the scheduled appointment, if your payment has been made, you will be called for their tele-consultation on your preferred mode of communication. 
6. After the consultation, your prescription will be sent to you on your mobile phone number.​

• For CASH payment, visit one of our dedicated Collection Points/Medical Centers. A list of centers available for cash payment can be seen by clicking here​.
  
• Please specify your MR Number, Clinic Location, and Payment ID at the time of making the payment.
• To avoid delays or cancellation, kindly pay at least 8 hours before your appointment time.​​​
