Ali Ladha

Ali Ladha serves as the Director of Finance at Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi (AKUH, N), where he provides strategic leadership for the financial management of one of East Africa's leading healthcare institutions. In this role, he oversees the hospital's financial strategy, planning and budgeting, operational finance, corporate governance, and overall financial stewardship across the healthcare system in Kenya.
With more than 20 years of experience in finance, leadership, and senior management, Ali has built a distinguished career spanning healthcare, professional services, and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining AKUH, N, he held key positions with A.F. Ferguson (PricewaterhouseCoopers), the Aga Khan Hospital and Medical College Foundation, the Aga Khan Council for Pakistan, and Tabba Kidney Institute, where he contributed to strengthening financial governance, institutional sustainability, and organizational growth.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Ali is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his expertise in financial strategy, governance, operational excellence, and driving sustainable growth within complex organizations.
