Amin Dharsi
Regional Director of Procurement and Supply Chain
Amin Dharsi is the Regional Director of Procurement and Supply Chain for the Aga Khan University Hospital and Aga Khan Health Services in East Africa. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare procurement and supply chain management, Amin has worked across Kenya, Tanzania, and Pakistan, holding progressively senior roles throughout his career and advanced into regional leadership, developing extensive expertise in strategic procurement, supply chain transformation, and healthcare operations.
Amin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Pakistan. He has also done Management to Leadership program from Harvard University’s Division of Continuing Education USA. He also holds MCIPS certification from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), UK, and is a Certified Procurement Operations Specialist (CPOS) – Supply Chain through the Next Level Purchasing Association (NLPA), USA.
Throughout his career, Amin has led procurement and supply chain activities for several major healthcare development projects. He has also established and managed strategic partnerships with key suppliers, Government institutions, performance, and relationship management.
