Hellen is the Chief Nursing Officer at The Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi. She brings extensive experience in clinical leadership and healthcare management, overseeing nursing services and clinical programs that ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
With a passion for excellence in healthcare, Hellen is committed to fostering a culture of patient safety, staff empowerment, and continuous improvement. Her collaborative leadership style and dedication to ethical practice underpin her efforts to uphold the hospital’s standards of clinical excellence and innovation.
Prior to her current role, Hellen served as the Program Director in the Department of Medicine, managing a diverse portfolio of multidisciplinary services. Her expertise in stakeholder engagement, workforce development, and clinical program expansion has contributed significantly to the hospital’s reputation for excellence.
Hellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Diploma in KRCHN, and a Master of Management & Leadership. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and a Master of Gender & Development Studies.
