Overview

Preparing for childbirth can bring both anticipation and anxiety. Our childbirth education classes equip you with practical knowledge on labour, pain management, the emotional journey through birth and postpartum, and the early weeks of motherhood.

• Group talks: complimentary, interactive sessions addressing the most common pregnancy concerns, offered at our antenatal clinic during scheduled visits.

• Small-group Lamaze classes: hands-on childbirth preparation for you and your support person, offered during the third trimester in small, supportive groups.
