<p>Isn’t it the greatest feeling to see a smiling and happy child?</p><div>The Resource Development office at The Aga Khan University, organized a Teddy Bear Campaign during the month of Ramadan to brighten up the auspicious month for children who are sick. With each donation received, a teddy bear was gifted to an admitted child. All the proceeds generated through this campaign supported AKUH’s Paediatric Welfare Fund to assist needy children seeking comprehensive care at AKUH.

</div><div>Faculty, staff and donors committed to paediatric care donated throughout this month, and we gifted 276 teddy bears to young children at the Hospital because of their generosity. The sick children who had to spend their Eid admitted at the Hospital were visited by Dr Salman Kirmani, Dr Babar Hasan and their families, who brightened their day with their gifts and warm greetings.​​
