Breast Cancer Awareness Session at United Energy Pakistan

United Energy Pakistan (UEP) invited one of our distinguished doctors from The Aga Khan University Hospital to their premises to spread awareness about breast cancer. Dr. Marie Andrades, Associate​ Professor, Family Medicine delivered an informative talk on the nature of the disease, its signs and symptoms and available treatment options. The consultant emphasized on the importance of early detection of breast cancer tumors, which significantly improves chances of survival.  Attended by female employees of the organization, the session was very well-received and left the audience with the resolve to get themselves screened at the right time.
