Gift a Bear Campaign 2019

This year, the Resource Development department at The Aga Khan University continued its tradition of distributing Teddy Bears on Eid-ul-Fitr. This is facilitated through the Gift a Bear Program, which focuses on decreasing the pain and anxiousness for children during their stay at the Hostpital and leave them with a smile and a sense of joy.
With each donation received, a teddy bear is gifted to an admitted child. All the proceeds generated through this campaign support AKUH’s Paediatric Welfare Fund to assist needy children seeking comprehensive care at AKUH.
Dr. Salman Kirmani and his family, as well as students from the Lyceum School and Bahria University came to make Eid even more special by distributing teddy bears to children admitted at the Hospital.
