Mother’s Day Celebration at the Aga Khan Maternal and Child Care Centre, Hyderabad

Mother's Day was celebrated across the world on Sunday, 14 May 2017. The Aga Khan Maternal and Child Care Centre, Hyderabad, also organized Mother's Day celebrations on 15 and 16 May 2017. On both these days, customized, hand packed gifts, along with special "Happy Mother's Day" notes, were distributed to all the mothers admitted at the hospital. More than 65 such gifts and notes were distributed to the patients. The staff at The Aga Khan Maternal and Child Care Centre, Hyderabad, including doctors and nurses, personally went to patients to present these to them. The recipients expressed delight at receiving these gifts and notes, and many said they were overwhelmed at how special the hospital was making them feel on Mother's Day.
