Oncology Paediatrics Ward Party at AKUH

While observing the International Childhood Cancer Day, the Aga Khan University Hospital celebrated a colorful musical afternoon on 14 February 2020 with children who are undergoing treatment for cancer and other diseases at the Hospital. The staff and volunteers decorated the ward with colourful balloons and buntings and everyone including the patients and their families sang on the beat of music.
Dr. Zehra Fadoo, Service Line Chief, Oncology at AKUH joined in the celebrations and handed out toys and goody bags to children while commending the strength and courage shown by them and their parents.
The patients families praised the Hospital and the doctors and nurses for the care and support they provide.
