One Day Health Camp in Kharadar Gets an Overwhelming Response

A multi-specialty health camp was arranged at the diagnostic center of The Aga Khan Secondary Hospital Kharadar, on September 1, 2018.
The camp offered consultations in 10 different specialties including, diabetes, nutrition, orthopedics, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, dermatology, Family Medicine, general surgery, and ENT. In addition several assessments and tests were also offered in the camp which includes; Height and Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar Test and Bone Mineral Density (BMD).
More than 850 people attended the camp and got consultations from our doctors. With our mission to make high quality healthcare accessible to all, the registration fee for the camp was set at Rs. 50 only. People from different areas of Karachi attended the camp. The response from public was overwhelming.
