The Aga Khan University Hospital Recieved Two Awards at the World Hospital Congress

The Aga Khan University Hospital’s Eye and ENT and 24/7 Emergency and Acute Care Service Lines were recognized and awarded for innovatively transforming patient care and hospital processes respectively, at the World Hospital Congress in Muscat, here on Sunday. Eye and ENT received Silver Award for “Transformed Patient Experience through Process Innovation and Real Time Patient Tracking System”, while 24/7 Emergency and Acute Care received Merit Award for “iCAN - A Management Model Leveraging Technology to Improve Floor Processes”. The ceremony was attended by Ms. Shugufta Hasan, Interim CEO, Health Services and COO, Outreach Services of the Hospital, Dr. Irfan Jeeva, Ophthalmologist and Service Line Chief, Eye and ENT, and Ms. Khairunnissa Hooda, Business Manager, 24/7 Emergency and Acute Care.
