Our Concierge Services at The Aga Khan University Hospital are designed to support patients and families who seek a more personalised and seamless care experience. 

The concierge team serves as a dedicated point of contact, coordinating appointments, admissions, and hospital stays, while working closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care. From the first point of contact through to discharge, patients and their families are supported at each step of their journey. 

Services include assistance with scheduling, streamlined registration and admission processes, and support with logistics and amenities during the hospital stay. The focus is on reducing complexity, saving time, and ensuring a comfortable and well-coordinated experience.
