The Clinical Laboratories at The Aga Khan University Hospital provide accurate, timely, and reliable diagnostic services. In 2017, our Clinical Laboratories became the first and the largest network in Pakistan to be accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), an internationally recognised gold-standard benchmark for laboratory quality and excellence.
Supported by a team of qualified pathologists, technologists, and phlebotomists, the laboratories offer a wide range of routine and specialised tests. Our CAP-accredited lab results are trusted by clinicians across Pakistan and internationally to support diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing care.
Our laboratory network extends across more than 300 locations in over 130 cities, along with 13 STAT laboratories improving access to high-quality diagnostic services nationwide.

Digital services, including e-reports, WhatsApp, Family Hifazat, SMS alerts, and home sample collection, are also available to improve convenience and accessibility.
Access and Support
Through the AKUH Patient Welfare Programme and Patients' Behbood Society for AKUH, individuals with financial constraints can access essential diagnostic services. A range of packages and services are also available to support preventive care and ongoing health monitoring.
