Aga Khan University Hospital donates mobile clinic to First Lady’s Beyond Zero initiative

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Aga Khan University Hospital ​donated a fully kitted Mobile Clinic towards Beyond Zero initiative today which was received by First Lady Margaret Kenyatta at State House, Nairobi. </span><br style="font-family: helvetica;"/><br style="font-family: helvetica;"/><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Presenting the Donation, Aga Khan University Hospital Chief Executive Officer Mr Shawn Bolouki said the institution is proud to be associated with the Beyond Zero initiative in its journey to reduce maternal and child deaths across the country.</span><br style="font-family: helvetica;"/><br style="font-family: helvetica;"/><span style="font-family: helvetica;">The First Lady thanked the University Hospital for its donation, made barely a week after the institution released a landmark Kenya Countdown Report: <em>Understanding the Past to Impact the Future in Ending Preventable Maternal, Newborn and Child Deaths.</em></span><br style="font-family: helvetica;"/><br style="font-family: helvetica;"/><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Others from the Aga Khan University Hospital team included Mr Yusuf Keshavjee, Trustee of the University and Mr Nawaaz Gulam, President of the Aga Khan Council.</span>
