Welfare Programme

The Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi (AKUH, N) believes that high-quality healthcare services should be available to all, regardless of gender, faith, ethnic origin or financial ability. In pursuit of this ideal, AKUH, N has developed the Patient Welfare Programme. This programme offers support to qualifying patients that allows them to receive the medical care they need.

If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please speak with your treating doctor or contact our Welfare Office for guidance and available support options.

Who is eligible for welfare support

Welfare support is available to patients with financial need; the level of support will be based on the evaluation.
