Paediatric Pulmonology Clinic

Respiratory illnesses are the most common conditions that warrant an outpatient visit in the paediatric population.

The Paediatric pulmonology clinic is a subspecialty outpatient clinic that deals with all respiratory conditions of children.

Our vision is to be the center of excellence in paediatric respiratory medicine by providing world-class services.

We review and diagnose children from newborn to 18 years of age with common to complex respiratory diseases.

Using evidence-based science, we diagnose, treat, and provide follow-up care for children with chest and airway disorders.

Our scope of practice involves looking after children with congenital lung diseases, chronic lung disease of prematurity, asthma, chronic cough, complicated cases of pneumonia, recurrent pneumonia, tuberculosis, sleep-disordered breathing, and interstitial lung diseases.

Specialized tests and procedures like pulmonary function tests, sleep studies, and bronchoscopies are available if needed to diagnose various respiratory conditions.
