​Introducing Mobile Laboratory Services​

For the convenience of our patients, we have two mobile laboratory services;

Laboratory on Wheels

Our lab on wheels service collects urine, blood & stool samples and share from the comfort of their homes and share the results via email. For patients being seen at an Aga Khan University Hospital facility, the same results are also posted on the patient's portal for the doctor's review. This service is available within Nairobi at no extra cost. For enquiries, call us on 0780888301.

Mobile Phlebotomy at Doctor's Plaza

Mobile Phlebotomy Services are now available at Doctors Plaza on 5th Floor. To benefit from this service, here is the process to follow;
 ​

  1. Doctor orders the test and instructs the patient to go to the reception.
  2. Billing is done at the reception
  3. The receptionist contacts the mobile phlebotomist on 0735 696 502 after billing.
  4. Mobile phlebotomist picks patient from the reception to the nearest procedure room for sample collection.
  5. Results are posted on the system ready for doctor's review​​
