The Section of General Surgery under the Department of Surgery at AKUH performs consultation and surgery on medical conditions involoving the endocrine system, gastrointestinal tract, colon, liver, pancreas, and rectum. Our surgeons are skilled in devising the right surgical plans which fit our patients' healthcare needs.
Our general surgeons work closely with other specialists involved in each patient's care to diagnose and provide timely surgical intervention for complex medical issues our patients may face.
