Welcome to The Aga Khan Hospital for Women, Garden site.
The foundation of the Aga Khan Hospital for Women, Garden was laid in 1957 and the hospital was commissioned in 1967. It was integrated with the main campus (AKUH) in 2010 with the intention of providing quality care services to the people from different areas of Karachi city. It has received ISO 9001-2015 certification and provides quality care to women and children from community as well as outside community for the inpatient services and offers wide range of services for whole family at consulting clinics. It also provides referral facility to patients for our other physicians, medical centres, diagnostic units and hospitals.
We provide new, safe and effective services. Our expert teams of well trained and skilled physicians and medical and administrative staff are always ready to offer quality care, diagnostics and treatment to pregnant ladies and also manages the labour and delivery and takes care of issues pertaining to women’s health and children’s health in inpatient. Our services also includes medical and general surgical facilities to facilitate normal, instrumental, painless normal and caesarean section deliveries.
We offer 24/7 emergency services for women and children. Along with this we provide wide range of consultations at our visiting clinics for males, females and children of all age groups. We also have on campus pharmacy, diagnostic and laboratory services available for admitted and visiting patients.
In addition, we also facilitate patients with medical care at affordable charges. Our welfare support and Zakat program are also available for deserving patients who are unable to pay for our medical services. It has been made available to make sure that all members of our society get access to our quality care regardless their background.
