آغا خان یونیورسٹی ہسپتال پاکستان اور ترقی پذیر دنیا میں صحت کی دیکھ بھال کے بہترین اداروں میں سے ایک کے طور پر پہچانا جائے۔

  • ​​​Strive for excellence in healthcare through the provision of the highest quality, expert, compassionate and ethical care to all patients irrespective of their background. 
  • Develop, implement and evaluate innovations in health care, research and education so as to improve the quality of people's health.
  • Support the teaching, research and service missions of the University through an enabling and collaborative environment that motivates and inspires excellence.
  • Provide access for financially disadvantaged patients who may not, on account of financial difficulties, be able to afford to pay for their care, and to reach out to those who might not otherwise present themselves at the Hospital.
  • Contribute to the development of a system of health care encompassing primary, secondary and tertiary care, and not geographically confined to the Main Hospital Campus facility.
  • Develop new services in response to public expectations on an economically viable and sustainable basis.
  • Implement strategies that demonstrate the ability of the institution to be self-sustaining in, and supportive of, health systems-strengthening for the nation, and the region, that it serves, and developing nation environment.​​

تمام مریضوں کو ان کے پس منظر سے قطع نظر اعلیٰ ترین معیاری، ماہرانہ، ہمدردانہ اور اخلاقی نگہداشت کی فراہمی کے ذریعے صحت کی دیکھ بھال میں بہترین 

​کارکردگی کے لیے کوشش کریں۔

صحت کی دیکھ بھال، تحقیق اور تعلیم میں جد٘ت کی تیار ی، ان کا اطلاق اور ان کا جائزہ  تاکہ لوگوں کی صحت کے معیار کو بہتر بنایا جا سکے۔

ایک با اختیار اور باہمی تعاون پر مبنی ماحول کے ذریعے یونیورسٹی کے تدریسی، تحقیقی اور خدمت کے مشن کی تائیدکریں جو اعلٰی ترین کارکردگی کی حوصلہ 

افزائی اور تحریک کرتا ہے۔

ضرورت مند مریضوں کے لیے رسائی فراہم کریں جو مالی مشکلات کی وجہ سے، اپنی دیکھ بھال کے لیے ادائیگی کرنے کے قابل نہیں ہوسکتے ہیں، اور ان لوگوں تک پہنچ سکتے ہیں جو بصورت دیگر خود  اسپتال تک رسائی نہیں رکھتے۔

بنیادی، ثانوی اور ٹرشری نگہداشت پر مشتمل صحت کی دیکھ بھال کے نظام کی ترقی میں تعاون کریں، اور جغرافیائی طور پر مین ہسپتال کیمپس کی سہولت تک محدود نہ رہیں۔

اقتصادی طور پر قابل عمل اور پائیدار بنیادوں پر عوامی توقعات کے مطابق  نئی خدمات فراہم کریں۔

ایسی حکمت عملیوں پر عمل درآمد کریں جو ادارے کی خود کفیل ہونے کی صلاحیت کو ظاہر کریں اور ملک اور خطے کے لیے صحت کے نظام کو مضبوط بنانے میں معاون ہوں کہ یہ ترقی پذیر قوم  کی خدمت کرتا رہے
