The Bed Management Office is responsible for the allocation of beds in the Hospital. We have a dedicated team thats look after patient flow management.
Bed Management OfficeThe
Bed Management Office (BMO) ensures the availability of beds for the
incoming patients to avoid cancellations of patient admissions,
admission of the patients to inappropriate wards, delays in admissions
and patient discharge.
Admission OfficeThe Admission Office (AO) provides essential information regarding the patient’s hospitalization.
Administrator on CallThe
Administrator on Call (AOC is the designated senior voice for the
hospital who represents the institution’s operations during off hours
(5:00 P.M. to 7 A.M.) and serves as a liaison or referral service for
all Hospital related questions. The AOC addresses issues on the floor
level, logistical protocols and is available round the clock to answer
queries from old patients.
You can seek assistance from the Bed Management Office in three cases:
Admitting a Patient
Referral from other hospitals to the AKUH
Admission through Emergency
You can pay for your hospital accommodation and stay, by making a payment via cash, debit or credit card or online.
The Bed Management Office does not accept cheques.
