<p>​The Resource Development Office at The Aga Khan University continued the trend of distributing Teddy Bears again this Eid through The Gift a Bear Program, this initiative focuses on lessening pain and anxiousness for children during their stay at the hospital and leave with a smile and sense of joy. </p><div>With each donation received, a teddy bear was gifted to an admitted child. All the proceeds generated through this campaign supported AKUH’s Paediatric Welfare Fund to assist needy children seeking comprehensive care at AKUH.</div><div>
</div><div>Dr.Salman, Dr Nadeem and their families came to make it even special by distributing teddy bears to children admitted at the hospital. A total of 600 teddy bears have been distributed to the sick children of PAEDS wards during both Eids this year. </div><div>
