<p></p><div>The Aga Khan University Hospital visited the Nestlé Pakistan Headoffice in Karachi as part of its campaign to promote awareness on breast cancera.</div><div>
</div><div>Dr. Adnan Jabbar, Assistant Professor, Oncology addressed the employees in separate sessions for males and females. The doctor spoke about the disease, the factors affecting the development of breast cancer, the different myths surrounding the disease and the actual facts. He also spoke about the importance of self-examination and how it can help catching signs of the disease in the early stages; which makes it easier to treat with higher chances of recovery. </div><div>
</div><div>The session was interactive and ended with a Q&A session in which the audience’s queries were addressed by the doctor. The event was a huge success and the Nestlé management was very appreciative of the Aga Khan University Hospital’s efforts oir spreading awareness about breast cancer.</div>
